Project Overview:
The sales representative
training developed by The Avtech Company for The Standard Register Company
is a twenty-hour CD-ROM and Internet-based, interactive multimedia e-learning
course. It is designed to train sales representatives on how to sell the
value in Standard Register products and services. In order to provide
effective training for sales representatives with a wide range of experience,
the training is modularized and non-linear.
The e-learning course has an Internet component which links to the Standard
Register Company Knowledge Web. Linking the training directly to the Knowledge
Web allows the sales representatives to easily access the most current
information available, as the Knowledge Web is continuously updated. The
course also utilizes a CD-ROM to support the video and audio media delivery.
The course is self-paced, self-administered, with both self-assessing
and assessment reporting components.
